For advisors

The advisor they remember.
For every client you serve.

Your strongest relationships are built on understanding, trust, and knowing when to pick up the phone. Sophie helps you bring that to every client, without adding hours to the week.

Start her on one relationship. Widen it when she has earned it.

Your best relationships were built in conversations where somebody's story felt completely understood. The only thing that ever limited them was hours in the week.

Sophie exists so that every one of your clients gets that version of you.

What Sophie does for you

You walk in prepared

Two minutes with a brief instead of an hour across five systems. Where the person is, what has changed since you last spoke, what they are likely to raise, and what they will want to hear first.

You know what changed

A life event. A shift in how someone is making decisions. The quiet signals between meetings that used to only surface in the review. You hear about them while they still matter.

You know what to do next

One or two clear actions in the moment they count, not a wall of data to sort through. And you can see why she is suggesting it.

You say it the way that lands

Drafts in your own voice, written the way that client likes to hear things. Some want the numbers first. Some want the reassurance first. Sophie knows which is which, because she has seen how each one responds to you.

Nothing gets dropped

The follow up, the promise made in passing, the thing you said you would send. It comes back to you as an offer to close it, never as a reminder that you did not.

Your whole team works from the same picture

Your associate, your assistant, your planner. One client relationship, one shared understanding of the person at the centre of it, so nobody has to be caught up and no client has to explain themselves twice.

A meeting, three ways

Before, during, and after the meeting

Before the meeting
SophiePrep
What should I know before my meeting with Margaret tomorrow?
Start with the income plan. She has been checking her accounts at night since the headlines turned, and she settles fastest when the plan leads. Two open items: the education savings paperwork, and the September trip she mentioned in passing.
During the meeting
SophieLive
He just brought up his estate. What are the top three things for John, right now?
The will predates the sale of the business. The beneficiary on the old retirement account is still his brother. And the trust question he raised in March was never closed. Open with the will, it is the one with a deadline attached.
After the meeting

Summarize the meeting with the Morgans and what I owe them.
You promised the college projection by Friday and a second look at the insurance rider. One missed opportunity: they asked about the cabin twice and it never landed anywhere. Want me to draft the follow up in your voice?

Illustrative examples, not real client data

The week you are not there

A client's world moves while you are on a plane or away with your family. Set Sophie to keep watch, and coming back is not reconstructing a fortnight from an inbox.

Not a hundred alerts. The three things that mattered. (Illustrative example)
The quiet part

Most of what interrupts your week is not new business. It is the call after a headline, the email you reread three times, the forty minutes across five systems before a meeting that should have taken five.

Sophie takes the preparation, the recall, and the first draft. Your time is spent on your most valuable activities.

Questions, answered plainly

Will Sophie contact my clients?

Only if you send it. She can prepare a message, and she can prepare it in your voice, but nothing reaches a client until you have read it and pressed send. There is no autopilot and there is no setting that turns one on.

Does this replace what my CRM does?

No. Sophie reads what your systems already hold and gives it back as something you can act on. She works alongside the tools you run today rather than asking you to leave them.

How much work is it to set up?

Sophie learns from material that already exists in your practice. There is no form to complete, no profile to build, and no client questionnaire to send. The picture starts from your first connected conversation and sharpens from there.

What happens to my client data?

It stays governed by your firm. Your firm controls who can access what (role-based access), advisors sign in through your existing identity provider (single sign-on), and every action is recorded as it happens (a full audit trail). Data stays in the region you require, and every insight traces to its source. Sophie is designed to SOC 2 Type II standards.

Is this a personality test?

No. Sophie reads how a client actually communicates with you over time rather than how they answered a questionnaire once. What she holds is a read on where somebody is now, and it changes when they change. A client in March, three weeks into a redundancy, is not the same person they were in January, and a static profile would never know that.

I have been sold technology before that cost me more time than it saved.

That is a fair thing to hold against us. The demo is thirty minutes and uses a client relationship that looks like yours. If it is not obvious inside the first ten what it changes about your week, say so and we will leave you alone.

Bring your best work to all of them

Thirty minutes, on a client relationship that looks like yours.

Let's find you thirty minutes.

Thirty minutes with someone who knows the practice. Nothing to prepare.
